  2. Thanks very much, Paul! It's been a work-in-progress for the past ten years or so, gradually expanding in size and content from just a kitten of a book into a veritable Siberian tiger - or even a liger! lol. 29 chapters, 322 pages, nearly 300 photos, full-colour throughout, and coffee-table-book sized.
